With ancestral ties to Irish faerie realms and the earth-honouring traditions of my Celtic, Druid, and Pagan British lineage, the call to healing has echoed within me for as long as I can remember.
My sensitivity to energy allows me to navigate the unseen realms, offering support that is both intuitive and grounded. My therapeutic practice is eclectic and blends trauma-informed, decolonized care with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Reiki, creative arts, and land-based and energetic healing modalities—all held within a Jungian-informed framework.
I work fluidly with what arises in the moment—dreams, stream-of-consciousness flow, symbols, and sensations—trusting the wisdom of your body and spirit.
I believe you carry a deep well of abundance within—a capacity to heal, grow, and return home to yourself. It would be an honour to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your body, spirit, mind, and heart, allowing your intuition to lead the way.
I look forward to the possibility of co-creating healing with you.
